Fantastic

Premier Room with Soluna Beach Club access · 2 Adults · 7 Nights

My daughter, sister and I spent Christmas til New Year in this hotel. it was the best choice we ever made in staying here for 7 nights of our holiday vacation. When we checked in at 11:45PM, the woman receptionist pleasantly received us with a big warm welcome. the conceirge took very good care of our luggages. the breakfast was 10/10 as they served a wide selection of food everyday! All the staff were kund and very accomodating especially the Filipino staff, Mike who took care of us very well! The housekeeping was 10/10 in cleaning our room everyday! I didnt get her name but everyday, she gives her best in giving us the best room to stay for a week. All the staff were kind and very accomodating. Our room had a balcony where we can see Burj Kalifa everyday. Our room was big with balcony and it was big and very clean! We did not regret booking in this beautiful hotel for spending our holiday vacation! Thank you to all the staff and management for making our Christmas vacation a very memorable one! we will definitely come back!🩷
