Clean room , excellent staff , decent breakfast, staff helped me excellent tour and their driver name medhat, very nice guy , took us around on tour and made us comfortable with him. We will be definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

Super great staff, nice, helpful, the hotel itself was well worth it. View was amazing. Main drawback for me was the elevator up to the 13th floor... if you are claustrophobic... might want to rethink this one :). The area around the hotel looked a bit sketchy at first but proved out to be OK. Overall would do it again.

Yes the air conditioning worked. There were good restaurants around that the staff guided us to, but we ate in our room because it was so nice and private and the staff brought in restaurant food for us that we ordered. We were able to walk to the museum and the pyramids were a short taxi ride away. They booked us an expert at Saqqara and he was the best. We also had a juccuzi in our room. GREAT hotel and staff.

Absolutely wonderful. It was the gem to our 2 week stay in Egypt. The staff was all great and went out of their way to help. This would easily be a 4-5 star hotel in America.

Room was updated and vary spacious! Clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The view from our room and the patio are priceless. They were putting in a walkway while we were there and that will be so nice instead of the sand that was there previously

The staff and room were wonderful. The area is not one you’d wander around especially at night. However, if you are there for the pyramids and museums, which we were, the location and views can not be beat!!!! We would stay again but use only Uber and NOT a taxi from the airport!!! The hotel booked a legitimate taxi service to return to the Cairo airport and that was wonderful! The service offered at the airport was awful and a scam. Know Giza is a long wat from the airport!

Great value for the price but very noisy if you have a room near the street - honking and chanting at all hours of the day and impossible to sleep.
Food is TERRIBLE - do NOT order any food from the restaurant.

Staff seemed genuinely happy to work there. The location isn't great although the pyramid views more than make up for this.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was plentiful.
I stayed at 4 different hotels on this trip (I travelled down to Aswan and back) and this was by far the best.
