Great location, close tp Central station, however the surrounding area, are the typical German dirty Bahnhofsviertel and feels a bit unsafe in the night. Rooms ok, a bit dated and not keep up well for a 5 star hotel. The whole hotel was totally over heated and in the rooms its feels very hot, we had to leave the windows open to cool the room, even breakfast restaurant very warm. no lift secured with card in a Bahnhofsviertel, was a real concern, Check in not personalized at all - however room was ready even in the morning which was great. EUR 100 for one night prepaid as deposit, with no minbar in the rooms was outrages. Bar we had to get up to get service, as the team was busy with their mobiles. most probably I would not stay again
