We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Livemax Fukuoka Tenjin West. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Tenjin’s shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The room comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for an affordable stay in a central area of Fukuoka. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.”

Clean. Afforadable. Great location. Exit 6 Akasaka Stn has elevator. Exit 4 near Reganet Supermarket. A compact room but very comfy.

Easy to book and easy to locate the hotel. Just like other hotels in japan expect that it is small but definitely good for 2 pax. Easy to check in and check out as well and what I like about them is receptionist can converse in english. Near in subway and bus station. Near in Tenjin.

The staff of the hotel is very responsive to our requests regarding our room. Though the 9th level room specifically room 905 have a distinctive bad smell everytime we enter our room from outside, maybe from sewerage or something.

Hotel room is very clean, and the staff is courteous and accommodating. And the Hotel is just a street behind the subway station of Akasaka. Only flaw that i see is that the room for 2 people is kind of small, hard to unpack luggages simultaneously unless you unpack alternately.
