We had difficulty checking in, assuming that an email containing the codes was sent in advance. Other than that, the place was divine: location, neighborhood, amenities (esp. washing machine), and the spacious room — which is very hard to come by with hotels in Japan. I really love the place and we’ll be staying there when I’m visiting Sapporo. Thank you for listing this place.

A decent apartment with the basic necessities provided.Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of nearby tourist attractions. Check-in is a challenge for us and as other past guests have mentioned. Check-in is basically via a tablet and a number provided to call if you encounter any issues. If you pass that stage, next is to open the locker box for your room keys. Apartment is about 5-10 mins walking distance to the subway station and Nakajima Park (must visit). But a long walk to Sapporo JR Station and Odori Park if you plan not to use the subway. 7-11 convenience store just across the road. There are no dryer provided, so spin dry may not totally dry out your laundry. Hot water was intermittently provided by the gas heater, so take note. Apartment cleanliness acceptable. Cooking utensils(woks,pans) have seen better days. The rest of the household items were working as they should. Overall our stay was OK.

The superior apartment we booked was better in person than the photos. Location is good about 7min walk to subway and 12min walk to susukino. There is a 7/11 just across the apartment. Check in was thru a tablet, easy to follow, you'll get all the passcodes after. There is no luggage storage service FYI.
