We travelled with our 1.5 years old daughter, The service is top notch. One thing is worth mentioning Chef Sunny and other staffs took special care of my daughter's meal which made the stay awesome.

Clean room, newer building, excellent staff, good WiFi, good food. Excellent duty manager Akash. We were greeted with their cultural hat and scarf. He made sure we were taken good care. We were sent off with great care as well. A must stay hotel in Shimla.

We have booked a family room. Room is big enough & spacious, clean with a balcony. Staffs are very polite & gentle, they are always ready to help. Food is excellent & taste or quality of food is great. The hotel is situated in a convenient area of Shimla. Overall a great experience to stay at The Orchid.

The orchid hotel i. Shimla is in a fantastic location. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed the very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast and dinner they serve is excellent and good value for money.
