This is a great little place in he heart of Marylebone if you're looking for somewhere quaint. A boutique style hotel with lovely helpful staff and clean well maintained rooms. We had complimentary cocktails on arrival which were lovely. If you like the intimacy of a small hotel with personalised service this is the place for you. We didn't book breakfast but right next door and recommended by the hotel is a small brunch place, Daisy Green which serves wonderful breakfast / brunch.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it's in a perfect location. The street is quiet, but you're within an easy walk of wherever you want to be. I had received a survey a few days prior to check-in, which I submitted, stating we would be arriving at 11pm. We arrived at 10:50pm and the person checking us in was flustered saying they thought our flight has canceled. No survey (that I spent some time completing) had been received. We were shown to our room... in the basement... next to the bar toilets and the maintenance office. It was AWFUL. We flew in from the US, fell asleep after 1am, and at 6am it sounded like the staff was standing at the foot of our bed having a conversation. We asked to be moved, and were told we would not be able to move until the following day. No apologies were given for our dissatisfaction with the room. Nor did anyone tell the staff to keep it down on the second morning. Our stay was 6 nights total, paid for in advance. Had we been given the room we moved to on day 3, this would be a 5 star review, because it was a very nice stay after we were promoted from the basement. The parlor bar was very nice, and served the best hamburger I've had in London. I will say, I was left alone once my food and drink arrived and had to go to the staff office to ask for my bill. It's a charming small boutique hotel. I just wish the staff lived up to the luxury rating they give themselves.

This is our go-to property in London and have thus stayed here several times. Staying at the hotel is like staying at your eccentric uncle's place. Everyone is very friendly and the rooms are quite comfortable. We always look forward to our stay here. See you next time!
