We had a pleasant stay at APA Hotel Namba Shinsaibashi Higashi. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. It was especially convenient for traveling with seniors.
The rooms were clean, with fresh towels and amenities provided daily. Despite being close to the lively shopping and dining areas, the hotel’s location was quiet—perfect for resting after a day out.

It's a really small space but good for being budget friendly. Since it was so small, the ac worked great (better than the previous hotel I stayed at that was much larger and costed more). There were 4 of us, so we got 2 rooms with their own bathrooms. Lots of amenities provided daily, and the room gets cleaned at least every 3 days. There is staff to help you out but most of it self service and quick. There's a police station down the street and is surrounded by restaurants, bars, etc. Not too far from the train stations or tourist shopping areas, but is far enough for peace and quiet.

So far, Apa is my favorite budget hotel. Stayed the same branch in my latest trip to Japan. Clean and very comfortable room.

very compact room. although room is good for 2, it's better to be used by one person to feel comfortable. has wifibox if you need a pocket wifi in case the ninja pocket wifi does not work (just what happened to mine). also has a coin laundry machine which was very helpful. a bit far from the shinsaibashi station. near nagahoribashi station but exit 7 (nearest the hotel) does not have escalator.

Efficiency is on top of the charts! The best experience so far in checking-in and checking out. From Osaka, moving to another Apa hotel in Kyoto.
