A good experience from start to end. Despite being a bit outdated, room and facilities are clean and well maintained and area is as beautiful as I remember from years ago. Room was equipped with air purifier, automatic air aromatherapy spray thingy every hour, cool aircon, water heater and hair dryer in bathroom, nice comfy bed (ours was 2 combined singles which was fine since we have babies), working smart TV. They enjoyed soloing the swimming pool, indoor kids club and feeding the fish. A few cons were spotty internet connection and no service water. They charge P65 per bottle after the initial 2 free bottles they give upon check in. Other than that, we had a great time. Staff are kind and accommodating though it seems alot I talked to aren't familiar with their own their facilities; I asked where the trampoline was bc it wasn't where it used to be beside the outdoor playground - and different staff said it's still at the same spot when in fact it's been removed already.
