The must-stay hotel when you’re in Kyoto. Good location, quite neighborhood. The location is just right across Toji Station, which is just one stop from Kyoto Station. Many restaurants around, a supermarket, a drug store, and Aeon Mall nearby. Friendly staffs, especially one receptionist named Firyani, who helped us with some directions and recommendations. They also provide free snacks, coffee, teas all day long. And last but not least, these all come with a very affordable price

Very pleasant stay. Slept very well due to the quiet and comfy bed. Room has ample power sockets. There is a big TV where you can plug in a HDMI cable. Casting mobile phone screen over works. WiFi is good in the room. Bar fridge about. Toilet is clean and decent sized. The shower head is interesting as it has a mist function, it's refreshing. Water pressure is strong, there is a air ventilator inside the toilet that keeps everything dry. Staff were attentive and friendly. The cafe area where the guests can linger at is very nice, there are machines that dispenses drinks such as coffee, matcha green tea. Microwave is available. Free snacks until the cafe closes at 12am. There are 3 sets of washers and dryers available. Across the road is a Lawson and MOS burger. Further down is a Matsuya and Fresno super market. Very convenient. Toji station is one stop away from Kyoto station, so it's fast to get around. Aeon mall is walkable from the hotel. Will recommend this!

one of the best hotels ive stayed at! definitely made my birthday a little more special for some reason. i also want to commend the staff for being so hospitable and nice. everyone was so accomodating. i'll always stay here when i go back to kyoto. much love!!

Great budget hotel, great friendly staff, good breakfast. Room quite small, but clean and great shower. Across the road from Toji station and City buses, but these were very busy to get to the main tourist spots and a good 20-30 min walk otherwise.

super near the station!! I am enjoying my stay at Comfort Hotels. This is my second experience with their services, and I have to say I’m still impressed. The accommodations and amenities have exceeded my expectations. I will definitely consider booking here again in my future Kyoto trip.
