Ein gutes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit. Alles war gut, bis auf die langen schwarzen Haare der Vorbewohnerin, einschließlich der Überreste der Hornhautentfernung. Ich würde wieder buchen.

C’était bien mais je trouve que le personnel manque d’hospitalité et ne parle pas du tout anglais donc je trouve ça dommage dommage car ça n’a pas été facile de communiquer lors de mon arrivée.

一泊弾丸一人旅で利用しました。 キングベッドルームに泊まりましたが、一人には十分過ぎる広さで、綺麗だしシャワーの水圧も良くて快適でした。 朝食も美味しかった。 地下鉄3号線と5号線の交わる『鄞州区政府』駅から歩いて7〜8分程度でした。 フロントの人も掃除の人も朝食受付の人も皆笑顔で接してくれたので、言葉のわからない私はとても救われました。 ビザが必要なくなればまた行ってみたいと思います。

Overall, our stay is good, the room is clean and the breakfast buffet has very few options but is ok. But checking out was a disaster. When we headed down to the checkout counter, we were told to just leave the key and go. Because we had a 7,000RMB pre-authorization deposit, I asked for the bill. Turned out we were charged for my sister's room even though she booked on her own. ( we explicitly asked to not charge the two rooms together when checking in). Because my sister had left two days earlier and it took them a long time to figure that out. We spent more than 20 mins to sort this out and almost missed our train to Shanghai for our flight back to the states. Very unprofessional front desk staff.
