スキーを楽しむために滞在しました。元は西武のプリンスホテルでしたが、何度か売られ今は、シンガポールの会社が運営しているとのことです。建物は古いですが、メンテナンスされて使われていることがわかります。サービスの質が日本のホテルと比較するとあまりよい印象ではありませんでした。例えば、チェックインは厳密に15時にならないとさせてくれません。リフト券は、宿泊者割引などはありません。食事はビッフェスタイルなのにトレーが無く、コーヒーを部屋に持ち帰る紙コップは用意されていません。ホテルだけではなく、ゲレンデのリフトやレストランも同じ感じがします。 清潔であり、設備も整っていて一見丁寧にサービスされているように見えるのですが、どことなく冷たく感じ、おもてなしの心が足りない気がしました。

Facility is dated, one of the elevator was inoperative. There are bugs in the room, according to the front desk staff it’s normal during this time of the year. Both breakfast and dinner are good inclusive to the price.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, room condition is good but some furnishings a little worn. Buffet meals can get crowded and quality of food is average. Skiing rental shop at the Gondola was good and the ski runs are good.
