I love the location, it's just a walking distance to Pratunam Market and the shopping malls like Platinum, Big C, Central World, Baiyoke Complex, City Complex and even Palladium. The room is always made up daily and the sheets and towels are also changed by the staff. The receptionists (both for day and night shift) are Filipinos so communication is not a problem. I love the size of the family room. It can actually accommodate 4 to 6 people. What I love the most in our room is the window. 😍
