何より広いリビングに加えてベッドルームが別になっているため、快適です。更に、温泉で、様々な露天風呂を楽しめるので、とてもリラックスできました。更に、ビールを含むウェルカムドリンクと、湯上りアイスのサービスが最高です。バイキングの夕食も、静岡おでんにキンメダイ、お寿司に揚げ物と盛りだくさん。デザートのソフトクリームマシーンまで楽しむことができました。

少人数でも大人数でも楽しめて、ゆっくり出来る。夜鳴きそばも美味しかった♪ イルミネーションも車で10分位で行けて楽しめました。

Fantastic
部屋が広くゆっくり落ち着けました。 食事のバイキングは料理がなくなってるのも関わらず補充はなく全然楽しめなかったです。 あと駐車場がせまく一部屋一台しか止められず改善して貰いたいです。

部屋は壁紙はいたるところで剝がれており、カビも多く発生して匂いもあった。 和室の壁に穴が開いていた。 ふすまの扉も壊れており貸し出す部屋ではない。

ホテルに関してはやや古めの内装。スタッフの方々は親切でした。 大浴場と室内プールに関してはかなり不満でした。室内プールにも男女別の脱衣所はあった方が便利だと感じました。プールを利用した後は皆さん水着を着た上からホテルの部屋着をその上から着るのか、3階の大浴場の脱衣所で着替えてから部屋に戻るのか。。。どちらにせよ不便です。3階〜2階の移動間も廊下にタオルが敷き詰められておりそこを素足で歩くのは気持ちのいいものではありません。大浴場と室内プールに関しての説明がないので分からない人はかなり困惑すると思います。少なくとも私達家族は困惑しましたので、利用する方はしっかりスタッフの方に聞くことをオススメします。

部屋は大変広く、清潔感に溢れています。 ただ残念なのはWi-Fiがないことと、夜中に足音が上の階から聞こえてきたり声が聞こえてきたりで主人は0:00頃に怖くて起きてしまったようです。。。 お風呂も広くて子供は大変喜んでいました☺️

料理・バイキングは普通。味付けは薄め。特にカレー。多くの宿泊利用客を捌かなければならないので仕方なし。プールの利用時間は９時から１７時まででは寂しい…１２時間位利用できるよう希望。今は※2022年7月※感染症対策上、仕方ない

宿泊ホテル史上、最大な部屋に贅沢な一人泊。 大浴場（温泉）にはサウナも有り。 混雑時、早い時間（AM8時前）にチェックアウトする場合、駐車係が出勤前で車が出ない可能性が有るご様子です。
