Stayed with family

Good location close to Rialto bridge. There is a lift in the property which is helpful. Checking in process could have been made easier for those in Venice for the first time. Otherwise great experience

Directions to the property was unclear. The picture of the enterence was not that of the property that I reserved. Apartment was clean. Shower area was small.

Great location! Within a short walking distance to Rialta bridge & just off a small piazza with great restaurant! Close to everything, shopping, cafes, gelato, open markets & canals!!!! Spacious flat on lower level & easy to get to & secure. Bathrooms were in need of some bleach & better cleaning but was a great place to stay in Venice

The room was ok, it was a place to stay but not as lovely as the pictures show. The room was very warm- air conditioning didn’t work properly and when we opened the windows to get some air as the room was very warm and humid we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. All and all ok but not sure it was worth the money/cost.

The AC units in the apartment do not work. Contacted customer service they were unable to help us contacted them three times regarding the AC not working. No one came to look at the ACs and ended up having to leave in the middle of the night because it was so terribly hot and stay in a hotel. The apartment is nice, but it is too hot without the AC. I requested a refund for stay because we never stayed in the.

Apartment was clean, warm, and had a little kitchen, as well as ironing board and iron. Laundry downstairs (we did not use it) really great neighborhood close to Rialto Bridge.

This place was incredibly poor. The air conditioning in one room was so weak that the room temperature was around 30c. We had to move mattresses from one room to the main one due to the heat. There is mold on every wall. The place is old, but this did not factor into the score. The WiFi was incredibly slow compared to other places we stayed at in Italy. Overall terrible experience all around.
