The reception staff was extremely kind, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. He explained everything very clearly and helped us with all the necessary information in a professional manner. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Really appreciated the warm hospitality and support provided.

Hotel is very strategically located in the heart of Miyazaki City. Many dining and shopping options are in the vicinity. Parking at the hotel is convenient. Hotel hotspring is quite good and includes a cold bath and sauna. But there is no room cleaning included. Daily room cleaning can be ordered at ¥1500 per day. We dispensed with it since they gave us new towels everyday.

Bonus was the onsen but tourists were not following the onsen protocols. They should be made aware of what is proper instead of just jumping into onsen. Very disturbing to see and watch!

Though is only for a night but we enjoy our stay. After your Onsen there is ice cream or Yakult . There is ramen serve in the night. Will come back again .
