Clean place. Staff is helpful. Connectivity is extremely poor. The place is accessible only on foot through very narrow alleyways. We had to manually lug our luggage 2+ flight of very narrow stairs. No elevators available. Room was extremely small. 1 single bed and 2 twin beds pushed together to made into double bed. Small, narrow, extremely hot room.

The staff was the best part of our stay. They exemplified Moroccan hospitality. We stayed in the Meknes room. The room was a little smalll and the shower was a little challenging when adjusting for temperature. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The location was good and was close to delicious restaurants. The breakfast was good with it's variety of breads and pastries.

This was a short stop for us and we did not get to enjoy the spa or breakfast. The room was clean with a pleasant patio to relax. WiFi did not work in our room but we could access it on the patio. Most of these hotels are down winding ally streets that are impossible to find without Google Maps and even with maps it’s difficult. The hotel staff are very kind and will often meet you in the market to direct you to the location.

Fantastic

Solo stay

The staff was excellent. Helpful (I needed rice for a drowned cell phone), cheerful (always smiling!) and thorough (my room was spotless and the bed always made. The riad is just enough off the footpaths to be quiet at night. Room was cosy, linens clean and soft. I would definitely stay in the future. I was there for a business trip when all the main and conference hotels were booked and I had the best place to stay of all my colleagues.

Good

Stayed with friends

Was very hard to find initially.. no real signposts. The having to ring the bell every time you want to come in is something to consider as you're "disturbing" someone every time. Otherwise, very friendly manager, very clean building. Beds are a little on the stiff side but wide enough to accommodate an average human. Gets a little noisy and breakfast smells waft into the room (Oujda). So if you don't like that kind of scene, get a room not facing that center area. If you are women, might want to consider somewhere less secluded. We didn't see any evidence of anything nefarious, but the 2 alleyways to get to this riad are prime territory for a criminal looking to pounce on an unsuspecting prey unfortunately.

Stayed 2 nights at Riad dar Yammi. The staff was very courteous and helpful with every question we had about Marrakech. Located right in the Medina, you cn’t drive right in, but it was only a short walk to the riad. My wife and I both booked massages with Amal. She was awesome. Very considerate about asking how everything was, intuitive in her massage. I had the medial massage while my wife had the relaxation. Breakfast provided was good with coffee and an assortment of breads. The room was nice with a king size bed and bathroom with shower and all amenities. Riad dar Yammi also has a 2 level rooftop patio. First stage is covered and the second upper stage is open. It’s a relaxing spot to hang out after a long day of shopping in the Medina and touring around Marrakech. I had need to get some laundry done, and when I asked if there was a laundry service available in the Medina, I was told they didn’t know of anywhere, but they took my laundry and washed it onsite, hanging it out to dry for no charge. Thank you! In all I would recommend Riad dar Yammi as appliance to say when in Marrakech, keeping you close to the action, but a quiet refuge at the end of your day.
