I've spent two whole weeks at Pim's and for what it costs, a rather cheap option in Chiang Mai for a full room, I couldn't complain. The owner was even kind enough to change my room after the first night since the AC wasn't working in that one and refun me a night of stay. I've also enjoyed the discussions I had with Pim, the owner, she's an amazing lady!

Pim herself the owner took care of me. I came late to the hotel so she put a letter on the door with directions where the keys are. great hotel with low price. Pim gave me a kettle for cafe etc. any problem with the room. she called for a mechanic to fix. very good service. thank you
