Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. The location was close to perfect if you have a car. Easy drive to Assisi and good day trips in the surrounding area (Spello, etc.).

Fantastic place to stay if you don’t mind being outside the city center. Angela the owner is a fantastic host. She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.

Great,small hotel, very convenient especially if you’re driving, easy parking on property.( 10 minutes drive to Assisi parking) Very comfortable bed and shower. It’s in a quiet area with beautiful views of Assisi. The owner was helpful and attentive.
