I Live how helpful and approachable the staffs. Pool is clean with clean towels. Area is very close to the Main town just few walks.

Excellent reception with cold drinks, super room size, very good on site washing and drying facilities, pool and hot tub (could have been hotter) and excellent on site restaurant -Whisky Jacks. Excellent value for money - thank you.

Walkable to downtown Jasper. MW was available to use. Parking easy. Indoor hot tub wasn’t really hot … just like warm bath water.

The room was clean but this is definitely an older property and if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The walls are paper thin and we could easily hear our neighbors. Also, our room was over the onsite restaurant and they had music going from 6am until midnight. Our room was extremely warm for the beginning of June but it was not possible to open the window and maintain any privacy. Plus the neighbors were smoking outside their room (not the property's fault) and every last bit of smoke and odor was sucked into our room. We don't spend a lot of time in a hotel room so we made it work for the two nights we stayed. This property is at the edge of town so plan on walking 10+ minutes to get restuarants and stores which was not a problem for us. I know lodging in Jasper is at a premium but if I were to visit again, I probably would look for a step up in accomodations.

This family suite has two bedrooms, each with a queue bed. Has a full kitchen with utensils, everything you need to cook a meal. One downside is: the AC is an add-on, and it is rather noisy. Luckily, the days we were there, the weather wasn't too hot, we simply turned it off.

Although the hotel rooms are a bit out dated, the bath products were Aveda (a very nice surprise), the beds were comfortable, there was a/c which was used during our visit, easy parking, & the staff was extremely friendly.

It's not a luxury place, but it is certainly very nice. Jasper is just an expensive place to book a motel. A plus is that you can use their laundry room without paying any fees.
