Superb location. The staff were very nice and helpful. We availed their breakfast as an add on and gave it as complimentary for our 6 yo son. Room was spacious. Buffet breakfast was good. I love that it is directly connected to the mall downstairs. The pool area at the roof top has a spectacular view. Too bad we weren't able to try the pool. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Stayed one night at JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right on Orchard Road and directly connected to the MRT, making it extremely convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with efficient use of space. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. A great choice for a short business trip or city stay. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable room with 1 king bed and 1 queen sofa bed for the kids. received free macarons for my birthday too! Take the lift to level 1 from the check-in area instead of the makan@jen restaurant as the lifts are much faster. Also the lifts in the shopping centre do not go to #10 after 10pm. Plenty to shop, eat and do around orchard!

very comfortable stay, excellent staff, was checked in earlier than expected, clean facilities and friendly staff. our room attendant Jimmy made sure to make our stay special and taken cared of. he went out of his way to provide us kids slippers and extra towels without us asking for it. buffet team was doing their best to make the line as efficient as possible. breakfast had a great selection. They even gave kids amenities (coloring pencils, toothbrush, toys) which was a special treat!

Possibly the best staycay I have been to. V accessible location along Orchard/Somerset with lift in Orchard Gateway itself. Highly recommend the amazing club lounge with food, alcohol and snacks provided. The room itself is spacious with separate bidet and shower. Early check in at 1.30pm and buffet breakfast was of great variety and above average taste. Hand sanitisers and vending machines also available. Hope to return again!
