幼い子ども３人を伴い、家族５人で利用しました。 アクセス良し、とても広く快適、格安。ここまでは最高でした。 すでにチャットでは以下クレームを先方にお伝えしていていますが半日経った現在も回答はありません。 まずプロジェクターですが使用方法がわかりづらくアカウントも以前宿泊された方のものが複数残されたままでした。 テレビの選局もリモコンをスワイプしたら変えられるとマニュアルにありましたがなにもできませんでした。 また、ダイニング用の椅子が壊れており座れません。危うく小さい子どもが怪我をするところでしたので修理や交換をすぐにしてください。 ソファの1つもすでに経年劣化で使用できるレベルではありません。クッション性がなくかえって危険です。 あと電子レンジです。 ボタン式で開閉するはずが壊れていて開きません。電源はつながるので手動で蓋をあけてあたためをしましたが２分温めても全く温まりません。蓋だけではなくレンジ機能も故障しています。 昨夜朝食にと購入していたものは食べられずにすべて廃棄しました。 こうした形態で運営されているということはキッチンやダイニングを使用する前提かと思います。 家族全員が今回の旅行を楽しみにしていましたが大変残念です。 現場の清掃スタッフとの意識のズレはあるでしょうが、あまりにひどすぎます。 チェックインの方法も色んな情報を入力する必要があったり、身分証明の写真を撮ったりする必要がありました。大きな荷物を持った状態でやることは想定されていますか？事前にはできないでしょうか？到着時、私たちより前にいた方がうまくいかず、数十分手間取り入れずに寒空の中で途方に暮れていました。（幸い私は比較的スムーズにいきましたがそれでも10分ほど荷物を持ちながらスマホ操作が必要でした） 掃除も不十分です。ケトルの水も前の利用者のものが入りっぱなし。換気扇も汚れがあります。 これではシーツやタオルなどの洗濯などもしているのか疑問に感じてしまいます。 金額を考えればと思うこともできますが、それならばはじめから設備として置かない方がマシです。 お客様に失礼です。早急に改善をしてください。 今回の件だきます。

駅からも近く、万博にも一本で行けます。 すごーく便利です ベットがちょっと狭いかなぁと、マットレスが柔らかいです。腰痛持ちさんは少し注意です。 お風呂はシャワーのみです。 洗濯機もあり、連泊には嬉しいですね 一口のIHにフライパンと小皿、小どんぶり、カレー皿、包丁などありました。レンジ、冷蔵庫もあります。近くにスーパー、コンビニあります。 パジャマはないので、そのつもりで宿泊されると良いです。

近くにスーパーがあって、JR環状線と大阪メトロが使える好立地。部屋は広く、いろんな設備があって心地よく過ごせる。とてもいい宿泊ができた。

This place was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 separated bedrooms, but could turn into 1 if needed. Kitchen was great, laundry share with bathroom, separate toilet. Very clean, private, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Felt safe and was just a really pleasant place to stay! I couldn’t work out the projector but we didn’t need it. Better than a hotel room as the kids had a bit more of space to occupy. Will book again if we are back in Osaka.
