The Taj hotel Cape Town is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and obliging.the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is excellent with a very wide choice One very minor point.During the check in process please give out the wireless password and don't keep people waiting unnecessarily. Also do not cancel the room key until the person checks out especially when the checkout time has not lapsed

Solo stay

There was a spa and message offer posted all over the property and in the lifts, but when I went to the spa, they refused to honor the offer saying that the posted offer was a mistake and I would need to pay full price. It was disappointing to say the least.

We enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff. Front desk and doormen were great. Primrose and Felicia in the restaurant were always so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Good location. A bit too far to walk to V&A Waterfront. Close Uber ride to the cruise port. Clean and comfortable room. No complaints at all. I’d stay there again.
