Solo stay

Absolutely Excellent!!! I’ve traveled the world, and this hotel was highly satisfying in value for money. Very pleasant breakfast room with an outstanding choice of buffet; great area to work in the lobby with free coffee and teas; extremely kind and helpful staff, great location steps away from the central station & food store & walking shopping street & canal. Room I chose was small yet exactly as described and good value for money. Ironing room with steamer. Luggage storing facility. Bright and tasteful. Very very satisfied, Thank you!!

Check in process does not work. Our flight was delayed so we ended up arriving after 12am. We were unable to get in to the property to check in. This was in spite of calling the number on the door 7 times and trying to message the chat service. We were left on the street for a significant time. Had it not been for some other guests returning with a key, we would likely have been locked out all night.

Solo stay

Always stay here if possible when I go to Uppsala. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, as is the rest of the hotel, and the breakfasts are superb.

For business

Really great location. Room was a bit warm as it was high up. Shower and bath a little crowded, but do-able. Would like charging ports at bedside! Good breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful buffet breakfast every morning, loads of delicious options, fresh fruit, breads, delicious blackberry jam, excellent coffee. Next door is a supermarket with an excellent salD bar and hot food. Only issue we had was with the mattress on the bed, it was like a bedroll and only about 2 inches thick. Also no fridge in the room.
