good location. friendly staff. the landline wasn't working though and the TV and remote were old - couldn't access YouTube or any channels so decided to not use it instead. the mini fridge wasn't working as well.

It was good value for money, considering that Dubai hotels are so expensive. The room is big and spacious but the carpet looks old though. The staff were all great, helpful and polite. They were even so kind as to let us check out up to 1:30pm. I just have a problem with the noise, there seems to be party every night nearby. I would recommend to request a room at a higher so it might not be so noisy. The water from the shower keeps leaking and spill over to the bathroom floor which I think could be dangerous. For the breakfast, there’s limited choice so I don’t really love it. There are far more better food choices outside the hotel. But the hotel overall is value for money.

the receptionist guy Mr. Collins is one of the nicest staff I’ve talked with. easy to deal with and approachable. the hotel experience is great and I don’t regret transferring in this hotel from Ibis hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

This hotel are outdated a little disappointed and they need to really upgrade and renovation. Smells mold in the halls and breakfast was ok..towels look very old they have to do some upgrade consider a 4 star hotel
