We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated that they allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Their breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of food to choose from every morning. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool, which we really enjoyed. It was clean, relaxing, and added so much fun to our vacation. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely come back again!

Had a great time staying. The room we had is very spacious and had a small living room area where I comfortably did my remote work. The only slight issue I had is that there are kids running upstairs and you can hear their footsteps clearly.

The place is great because it’s near Robinsons Manila. The rooms are clean and spacious, which makes it a good option if you’re planning to use it for a birthday celebration. You can also cook and reheat food since they provide complete kitchen utensils. The pool is nice too, but they are very strict when it comes to swimwear, honestly, even stricter than Okada Manila lol. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because their internet is slow. It’s not ideal if you’re staying there while working from home. My phone data actually had a better connection than their Wi-Fi. So yes, I was panicking during work, but thank God I survived my shift lol.

My overall rating for the hotel is excellent. We arrived early, and I initially thought I would need to use the luggage storage service, but the front desk informed us that our room was already available and allowed us to check in right away. Our One Bedroom Superior Suite was spacious, clean, and had good water pressure. The staff—including the Front Desk, Bellman, Housekeeping, and Security Officers—were all very friendly and seemed genuinely happy. The only minor issue was the AC, which was a bit loud, but it didn’t really bother me. I never got to try the facilities since I was always out, but they all looked good. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Manila—close to everything including shops, restaurants, and major attractions. While the building is old, it’s clean and very well maintained. There was a small issue during check-in: we had booked a room with two single beds but were given one double bed instead, as it was the only one available at the time. We requested an additional bed, and the staff kindly accommodated us without any extra charge. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for its location and service.
