The room was good and spacious. The sheets were not change daily and only two towels were provided for three people. The breakfast at the restaurant was ok. Something’s were cold and the croissants were kind of hard.

Fabulous surprise! We used to come to their outdoor patio for drinks but had no idea how the actual hotel was. We decided to stay one night and enjoyed it immensely. Our room had been renovated - we booked the mobility upgraded room and it had large door openings a beautiful walk in shower. It was on the first floor and had a small patio and easy access to a lovely outdoor pool - there is an indoor pool as well and the parking is free and very close to the hotel. My wife had recent knee surgery and all the adaptations built in were appreciated. We opted for the breakfast package and it was a full breakfast buffet!!! An absolute gem - very family friendly! Will definitely be back!

Overall this was a great hotel for the price! Comfortable beds, great location. The condition of the chairs in room was the only issue, they were very well worn but useable.

Location was great - short walking distance (10 minutes) to mainline of attractions. Hotel itself was clean but dated. Overpriced for what we got.

We were at the back of the hotel on floor 1 right by the rear exit. The door was constantly being slammed as people went in and out and there is no noise dampening, it echos so loud into the room. We couldn't sleep at all and ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Manager called us back and is giving us less than half what we paid for the room, and kept trying to tell us that we're light sleepers. The hotel itself is decent and the location is great. If you can get a room that's not by the exit it might be a good stay but ours was unfortunately terrible and I'm really disappointed with the customer service.

Stayed with family

Hotel advertising breakfast included with stay. They charged us $38 for breakfast one day was not used and no refund would be given. Paid in full prior to stay then charged us another $33 in taxes upon check out. I’m a IHG member and never had that happen before.
