Whilst the hotel is quite tired, the amenities, helpfulness of staff and wonderful breakfast definitely make up for it! Always stay here when I visit my son and wouldn’t change a thing (for the price!) Will certainly be returning soon!

Breakfast menu was limited. Overheard the chef saying to staff member they had mushrooms but will take some time to bring out but then comes to me an says they’re completely out and won’t be adding to breakfast despite there being hour or so to breakfast time finishing. Headboard in bedroom had a dangerous nail sticking out. The en-suite was ridiculously tight with the toilet placed so close to the bathtub there was no room- maybe for a small child. Room wasn’t hovered after we’d been out all day. Pool reception area was filthy - they had an open day for free membership day but didn’t bother cleaning the area full of used dishes and dirty cups. Overall poor service - won’t be back and won’t be recommending to anyone!!!
