I had a wonderful stay at the b hakata hotel! The rooms are very clean and the staff cleans them thoroughly every single day. I really appreciate we can ask for toiletries such as facial wash, lotion and skin milk refills. A huge highlight was the free pastries they provide in the afternoon every day—such a delicious and thoughtful treat after walking around the city! The entire staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great hospitality
