When I booked I read reviews and thought the hotel sounded ok. My requirements to be close to the centre, good tube links and didn't cost the earth. A 3 star hotel, wasn't expecting too fancy. Light continental breakfast - tea, coffee, juice, toast, cereal, pastries. For a cooked breakfast book the night before for a cost. Reading reviews again before arrival painted the hotel as awful. Complaints about breakfast - it is a light continental not full. Unclean, broken furniture etc. It was the warmest weekend , so far. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready. Not a problem, we sat outside in the garden. To get there you walked through the breakfast room, which was set up for the next morning, it was a cool room - considering how hot it was outside - and looked clean and inviting space to eat in the morning, in fact probably one of the only places in the hotel that had been updated. Our room was on the 3rd floor next to the lift - can't say we really heard the lift. Our room was a double, with a very small bathroom. The room was clean, but needs a makeover - painting, updating scratched furniture, hairdryer in the bathroom was vintage, one temperature one speed and the handle is scalding - needs changing, I used a towel round the handle to hold it. We had a desk fan in the room - thankfully as it was so warm. Towels are a little small, TV worked. Fantastic location, lots of local and chain restaurants/coffee shops within 2 mins and tube just round the corner.

A relatively cheap hotel for London that provides the basics; clean sheets, a bed and a hot shower. It is very handy to the underground lines for central London and Heathrow. Rooms are small and well used and showing their age but you are not paying high prices. Breakfast is provided which was filling, offered something for everyone in terms of continental style.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Outside space - large decked area with seating and tables, and a larger lawn with tables and chairs. I liked sitting outside to read my book and drink a tea. Tea and coffee available from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm in the dining room. There are sofas as well. Very close to the tube station.

The staff were very helpful . The hotel was clean . Good bed . Also the hotel was close to shops and the tube . However the room was let down by no tea and coffee making facilities in the room . Also there wasn’t enough choice in the breakfast . No fruit, no yogurt . If you wanted cooked breakfast you had to order it day before and it cost extra . Unfortunately we won’t be booking this hotel again .

A fantastic location, just steps from the Earl's Court tube station with lots of food places and little shops to pick up any forgotten necessities! The provided breakfast is simple, but nice. The rooms are small, but they have mini fridges (a must for us, as we had to refrigerate medicine). The property could use a refresh, though. The linens and restrooms are cleaned, and the beds are fine though the mattress we had definitely had some sinking spots. The fan in the bathroom also did not work, and it was such a small space it really did get steamy! Those were the biggest cons, overall it was a place I'd stay it again.

Very dated and small rooms. Toilet seat would not stay lifted. Bayhtub was treacherous. Asked for a seat repair and a rubber tub mat to improve safety. Assured the issues would be sddressed. Never happened. I would caution anyone with knee or hip issues to consider slternative arrangements.

We liked the hotelroom very much, as it was huge for us 3 persons (grandmama, grandpapa and our grandchild of 15 years old. The breakfast (we decided not to have English Breakfast) was very good with lots of nice bread, strawberryjam and orangemarmelade. Every morning we had one chocolate and one piece of pastry as well. Lovely garden to go into and lovely diningroom as well. The bathroom hat to be shined up. We’ll absolutely come back. Central location very near to the Underground Earl’s court and shops and restaurants.
