Great

Excellent hotel. Had nice ice cream set up in the lobby to sample. Front entrance was under construction (surprise it is summer) and only disappointment was the premier King room. In a prior stay our room was much larger with a full sitting area - this stay it felt like a standard king room.

All staff amazing. Amenities provided to the room a real disappointment. Poor quality soaps, coffee, hair dryer.

->Odd musty smell. ->There is an odd humming / buzzing sound that came on and off during our stay. (This should be checked) ->Mattress should be changed ->TV doesn't work very well. Sometimes the picture was clear and sometimes it was blotchy. Also, we couldn't connect our streaming. We didn't complain and didn't want to be a pain. This is just notes for management to hopefully improve the next guests visits. We are in the industry so hope this helps.

It was okay but not worth the price. However it was for a wedding maybe my expectations were too high.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. Very helpful staff, especially Oumar the bellboy who showed genuine care. Loved the hotel and old most definitely recommend

Property was just ok and overpriced for what they offer. On top of that the showers leaked every time we used it. Told the desk and nothing was done. Vallet was very courteous.
