Below averageStayed with partner
Stupid rules regarding full board (don’t bother), very poor communication with staff and between staff, difficult to get hold of them, poor maintenance of the property, erratic cleaning
Nice resort but again aircraft noise is a nuisance

This trip was a dream come true of all dreams!!!! From the moment we got off the plane at Bora Bora airport, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The waters of Bora Bora was awe inspiring with crystal clear water and the most beautiful shades of blue. The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind blowing flavors!!! Some friends who stayed at The Four Seasons tried eating at The Lagoon, but were rightfully turned away..... it should remain only for guests. But the others were outstanding a well. The main pool was fun to be around with the swim up bar a chill place. Do visit the peace and quiet of the adults pool with 5 private cabanas with a beautiful surroundings... it's underrated. The beach on the property was just gorgeous, but bring water shoes. There are some sharp broken coral or rocks the first like 10 feet when you walk in the water..... go and enjoy the hammock over the water with the views of the stunning Mt Otemanu. The sea doo tour with or without the lunch is a must do!!!! The snorkeling tour is also a must, you'll be swimming with sharks, rays and some beautiful fish n a moray eel. I'd like to thank the staff like Tim at the beach, Wilsei who picked us up and had fun conversations, Rai at the swim up bar, Sky the sea tour guide. Dream vacation and look forward to r

We spent a week in St Regis for our honeymoon and we both agreed that this has been the best trip of our lives.
We did the overwater deluxe bungalow and it was the most incredible room I have been in. The glass cut outs in the floor and just how big these villas are made it feel like our own private oasis.
We got the half board package which included daily breakfast and dinner. One of our favorite meals was at bamboo restaurant where we had the Laksa soup (one of the best I've ever had).
I also arranged for the mystery dinner which was by far the best experience of the stay (Shaya was our hostess and she was also amazing).
Some negatives are there is a huge aggressive mosquito population and I was eaten alive (however my wife was left alone so it is luck of the draw).
Staff was attentive and friendly and greeted you by name which was a great personal touch.

The St. Regis Bora Bora was outstanding. The overwater bungalow was huge and we loved having our own private deck, with and without shade, with a little dock and outdoor rinse shower. The staff and 5-star hospitality made us feel like royalty and the food was excellent! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic I am glad we booked St Regis for the stay. The resort is just amazing. We booked the lagoon side, over water bungalow. The water was so calm that you could swim in it anytime of the day. We saw sun rise every morning from the bedroom. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful with just about anything you could think of. And the food was amazing. Amazing variety of choices. fresh juice , fruits daily. I never had smoked mackerel. It’s amazing to have that for breakfast everyday. Overall, we had a great time at St Regis.

Paradise on earth
We had an incredible stay, with truly outstanding service and staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed several activities with a Polynesian instructor, including a language lesson, flower crown making, and a coconut experience—all of which were engaging and memorable thanks to his knowledge and warm personality.
The marine preservation program was another highlight, offering a unique and meaningful experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more special.
While the overall food was good, it didn’t fully meet our expectations. For example, the pizza crust was a bit too soft rather than crisp, the tuna had a slightly fishy taste, and the chicken was a little dry. With some improvements in food quality, the dining experience could truly match the exceptional level of service.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

There was lots to do on and off the resort. The water was prestine. Lots of families with children were there. Riding there bikes and swimming. The view was amazing and the sea life i.e.turtles and fish right outside the overwater bunglows was so nice to see. I have waited many years to come to Bora Bora and the St. REGIS knocked out of the park. The mountain view was very beautiful but so were all the other views. We will be back for sure. Also the food was very good compared to what we had in Tahiti.
