Absolutely fantastic place to stay, lovely and helpfull staff who visibly aim for nothing short of perfection in all aspects of managing the hotel. Could not imagine staying anywhere else while in Budapest.

Solo stay

The staff couldn't do enough for me, any request no matter how small we're attended to within a very short time. The buffet breakfast was kept well stocked and there was plenty of choice. The bar was always manned and the outside area was huge. Plenty of parking. I didn't try the spa so I can't review it but I never heard anything negative about it

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very accomodating. Petra was amazing and helped us with many things during our stay. I hope she will be considered for a promotion soon!
