⭐ One Star – A Hotel to Avoid at All Costs ⭐ I travelled from the UK and was deeply disappointed from the moment I arrived. There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. It’s a 30–40 minute walk into Torrevieja, mostly along a very dark, unlit coastal path that feels unsafe at night. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later.

The location is very good. Right in the middle of the lake. Shot distance to city center.

A nice place to stay with lovely views across the lake if you’re in expensive rooms. Staff were very good. Pool is awesome. Some areas are getting a bit tired but overall good value for money.

Excellent Hotel very reasonably priced and was perfect for our family evening on Lake Garda. The town two kilometres South is quite picturesque and the hotel is nicely located and in close proximity to Mount Baldo. Would definitely recommend this place to any families!

Everything was just ok nothing out standing. The hotel was a old hotel and starting to show its age.

Lake Garda is beautiful. The hotel is an average, slightly outdated, limited frills hotel. That being said, it's the norm for what you will get in the area (and at a pretty great price). If you splurge on a room with a view, it is definitely worth a gorgeous sunset on Garda. The nearest town is about 2km south of the Hotel, so keep that in mind if you anticipate travelling for restaurants or nightlife (BUT it is a gorgeous small Italian town and well worth the 20-30 minute walk or 5 min car ride.

Reception Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast good, limited hot food breakfast. Room good but pillar in the middle of it. Good storage space in room. Parking of car sometimes on a incline. Good stay would go back

Great
The ratings for this hotel were bad but we booked it anyway... WE LOVED IT It was hard to find and our GPS took us down some windy road barely wider than the car BUT we had the best sunset photo ever and the waiter moved a table so we could watch the sunset over the lake while we ate. The reviews for this hotel were horrible but we really enjoyed our overnight stay. I guess our expectations were set low after reading the website and the hotel was really cool. The hotel is older and having three twin beds was funny. There is no internet in the hotel or within about 20 minutes.

Hotel needs to be re-evaluated. It may have been a 4-star hotel....15 years ago. Mini fridge unavailable, whoever painted the place was either drunk or unprofessional. No background view of the ocean while sitting at table and chairs as shown in one of the hotel photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lake side so in that sense it was a good deal.
