I had an awful experience with this hotel, both before and during my stay.
Before I even arrived, my booking details had apparently been compromised. I received a convincing WhatsApp message containing my full name, the hotel name and my booking date, which led to me being scammed out of £130.51. Multiple people in my group, who had booked through different websites, received the same scam message, making it clear the hotel was the common link.
I emailed the hotel asking for an explanation and what they were doing about the data breach. They never replied. When I called, instead of apologising, they told me that "other guests didn't fall for it" and claimed they were the victims too. Even after guests reported the scam, they never warned future customers that their data may have been compromised.
The stay itself was no better. The room was dirty, the sink was cracked, there were exposed electrical wires hanging out of the wall, and I left with eight extremely itchy bites that are consistent with bed bugs.
The complete lack of communication, accountability and concern for guests is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

GoodSolo stay
Booked my stay here due to proximity to Wembley Stadium. The room was clean and felt like it had air conditioning, but the television didn’t work and only one outlet in the whole room worked.

We stayed in the basement room and it was quite spacious but the best part was the air conditioning! It was 35 degrees outside during our stay and a comfortable 19 degrees inside thanks to the A/C.
Parking was a little frustrating as you have to pay to park in the Morrisons next door. Street parking isn't allowed during the day (9.30 - 5.30).
Staff were friendly although they were unable to source extra pillows so it's one flat one each! Bring your own if you want more!

Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3.
Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan was provided and being able to open the window fully really helped.
Amenities were great with a small fridge, a kettle and coffee/tea supplied, an iron and board, a beautiful bathroom with HUGE bath and shower with fixed rainfall head and a handheld power shower. Our only concern was the desk where the telephone lived was filthy on arrival (even though the rest of the room was spotlessly clean?!) and there were a few signs of wear like the curtains needed a new blackout fitting and a couple of marks on the carpet.

The air con didn't work, the latch on the toilet door was stuck and couldn't get the tv to come on. On speaking to reception, they advised that they controlled the air con and would switch on but it didn't seem to come on all night. Also said someone would come and fix the door but no one did

GoodStayed with partner
Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial.
Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times

Air conditioning was controlled by staff. They don’t keep the rooms cool at all. I’m assuming trying to save money. The rooms get very hot and for as much as you tell them to lower the temperature they don’t. Beds are old and need upgrades. Not comfy at all. Pillows are as flat as they come. The hotel sits on top of a bar and it’s loud. It is close to all lines of transportation.
