This is the worst hotel ever. The place was dirty, with chewing gum and dirty tissue papers on the bed. I had a broken bed that the staff did not fix and refused to reduce the price for. Additionally, there was a bar in front of the hotel where questionable activities were taking place. I deeply regret subjecting my wife and family to such a situation, especially since no reviews mentioned these issues.

This hotel had great people working in it, they were really helpful with our inconvenience but everyone in the building smokes and building surrounding it, it was very difficult to breath in clean air. The bathrooms are small and was dirty. Also the room that we changed to had it’s light flickering all day.

I was stay in this hotel for 2 nights.
Room was terrible: all was dirty and bad smell. Bad smell was everywhere: on the bed, on the pillow, on the blanckets..
There is no toilet paper and door in the shower cabin.
Insulation was amazing-i heard all TV shows of my neighbors.
The room was extremely cold-heater work worst than russian parlament.
I don't leave because i was in the relocation with lot's of luggage and i don't have another options.

Fantastic Service was really good, receptionists are very friendly. The most important thing is to ask if you need anything, they will happily provide what you need.
