Great, friendly staff, check in and out was easy and straightforward. I had the executive suite which was very spacious and kept spotless clean by housekeeping. Bed was lovely and comfy. Great location, close to Terminal 21, just 5 mins walk down the same road. I would stay again when in Bangkok.

Solo stay

had an executive suite for 14 nights - it was huge! good kitchen and excellent housekeeping. the breakfast included at the cafe was not bad at all, and the courtesy ride to and from the main shops was a good feature too. there was a little traffic noise occasionally but nothing excessive. hotel even gave me a very nice cake for my birthday. I will be staying there again.

Towels and bedding are very old. They are not hotel based with service. Breakfast is of a 2 star and limited to communication.

The room was large with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The place was very clean and close to Terminal 21, which is great for food options and other shopping. The staff was good and the pool area was nice with a pretty good view of the city.
