Good
It’s a nice setting, however, they are under construction and lack many things that the season traveler is used to. Limited food supplies, no freshwater showers. We only stayed two nights of the four that we paid for. The electricity is turned off at 7am. Comes on 5pm. It’s no fun. If you want to rought it & paid resort prices this is the place.

Fantastic

The staff and location is the best thing about this resort. Matt, the diving instructor, and the boat captains were excellent. The rest of the staff - cooks,,servers, housekeeping - were so friendly and kind. Although there is construction going on to expand and renovate the resort, they were pretty quiet and respectful. The room we stayed in is one of the newer rooms but even the older rooms were okay. The resort is very quiet and peaceful with ocean views.

The resort is in an amazing location, it is being developed by the new owners to a high standard. Our room was a newly built villa which is a very good size, clean and very comfortable. All of the staff are welcoming and are from the local village. The food was delicious and included local foods. The guided dives were excellent and safe Matt, Wally and Frank are extremely knowledgeable and experienced about the dive sites. We will be booking again

The resort was open during construction. We felt the room given to us was not fully finished with necessary furnishings such as a curtain in the main shower, etc.

Fantastic
Our stay at Chindonan Beach and Dive resort was excellent!! The staff are all very accomodating and friendly. We were greeted with welcome drinks and big smiles. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We were in the new ones, ocean front deluxe and the views - you cannot get better. This location is remote, and island paradise, ideal for those wanting some peace and relaxation away from the tourist crowds, exactly what we were looking for. It is a 40 mins speedboat ride from coron. The food was delicious, and the staff took exyra care to ensure I had gluten free options. Dinner is served family, buffet style, Everyone eats together it is so lovely. Special shout out to Matt and Frank who took special care with us diving, my kids had a great time! The added bonus were the puppies, Cher and Madeline, so sweet. We will be back! Sarah, Travis, Jack and Davis, from Canada.

There was nothing liked . The staff was just so so. Rooms where just ok. No hot water. They served no lunch. No menu for dinner. You had to eat what they decided to cook. And it was served at 7.30 pm. No matter how hungry you might be. Then at end of stay the hit you with extra charges. The place is a total rip off.

careful of the sugar/black ants, unavoidable but definitely no open food in the room and will be fine, they don't bite at least. other than that it was great. nice and quiet and a good escape from the city for a while. island hopping was reasonably priced and shorter boat ride away compared to other resorts. diving courses and tours offered for both novice and experienced divers which are excellent.
