The room was very comfortable until the A/C stopped working, breakfast was very good, the service was very personalised. The hotel is excellently situated for visiting Vienna.

Solo stay

Great stay, and a nice little hotel. The Graben hotel location is unbeatable. St Stephans cathedral, Hofburg palace, great dining and shopping are all an easy walk, and minutes from the Graben hotel front door. UBahn (Stephansplatz station) is a 5 minute walk, providing easy access in minutes to the Museums Quartier, Schonbrunn, the Prater. Breakfast was standard, but good quality (cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausages, bread and pastries). All in all a nice little hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

Solo stay

A beautiful, well-appointed hotel in central Vienna close to restaurants, shopping, and museums. My room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable with a window facing an interior courtyard. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site breakfast was incredible - a wide array of morning treats suitable for any appetite. Overall, an excellent hotel and I would stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel! Location was outstanding . All the beauty of Vienna on your doorstep . The hotel ambience and history was charming and the breakfast buffet had a very good selection with cappuccinos on offer .

This is an ideal hotel central. Saint Stephen Plaza and walking distance to everything. 30mins. Taxi and same metro. One stop change at central fir st Stephen plaza. I have stayed in this hotel five times the staff go beyond expectation.
