Fantastic

The hotel is very clean, spacious, and accessible to nearby attractions. Thank you to Amine for upgrading our room. :)

Great

Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite · 4 Adults · 3 Nights

The bed configuration on Klook is inaccurate. There is no sofa bed in the 2-room suite. You can only opt for rollaway bed at additional charge. Excellent staff especially Trivish (spelling may be wrong) who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable as we were upset that what was stated in the klook voucher was different from what the hotel received in the booking. Great location next to a metro station with Mall of Emirates a few stops away and Dubai Mall one stop away. But the metro gets really crowded so need to be prepared to be shoved. Also accessible to major attactions like Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, Global Village and Souqs.

Great

Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite · 4 Adult(s), 2 child(ren) · 3 Nights

A well-located venue that is a 20min walk to Dubai Mall. Some food options nearby. Really great staff who took good care of us including Trivish (may have got the spelling wrong) and Ali. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned well. Spacious rooms but a little dated.
