The room is ratherquiet with nice air conditioning. Staying for two days, the breakfast crowd is much better for my second day. Even for the former crowded one, this has been resolved with opening of a conference room for seats. Would be acceptable for such economical choice of stay.

hotel location: near a subway station with lots of restaurants nearby
service: the staffs are accommodating and polite
transport access: 5-min walk to the Seomyeon station

Location was around 10 minutes walk from exit 8 of seomyeon station. Quite hard to access if youre traveling with seniors/ with luggage as the closest exit doesnt have a lift. Breakfast was superb, it wasnt boring at all for 6 days as there were variety and the taste of their food were good. Nc mall was opposite the hotel. Very convenient with lots of restos n cafe around.
