Good place to stay, however, DO NOT book from KLOOK, there was a lot of complications in between and miscommunications. They weren’t able to produce a booking number and Hotel side doesn’t even have records of our booking. And when they found the date was not the one that we have booked (was earlier). Went back and forth with KLOOK and the hotel many times. But thankfully the stay was not disrupted. KLOOK mentioned they will give some extra credits for compensation but it did not happen as well. Will recommend you to book directly with the hotel or other booking platforms.
