We loved the hotel, staff was very accommodating. Their breakfast options were really incredible, we loved starting our day with such wonderful breakfast. The room was clean, however rooms felt they were a tad bit small since we were traveling with young kids who need some space to themselves.

Terrible! They were in renovations but every floor had a strong chemical smell. No help at all from the staff- rude.

Easy to locate from the train station, city buses are located basically across the way which made getting around so easy. The bed was comfortable and room quiet.

We had a fantastic stay here and cannot recommend it enough, especially if you are travelling with children. Ideal Location: The hotel is in an excellent spot. It was incredibly easy to walk right into the main streets and explore everything Bruges has to offer without any hassle. The staff truly went above and beyond. They couldn’t have been more helpful, assisting us with city maps, parking logistics, and excellent sightseeing recommendations that made our trip run smoothly. The buffet breakfast was delicious! There were so many options to choose from, meaning both the adults and kids left happy and full ready for a day of exploring. After clocking up some serious steps, coming back to incredibly comfortable beds was heaven. We also loved the really nice touch of complimentary flavoured water and sweets in the reception area a small detail, but one that made us feel so welcome. If you are planning a trip to Bruges with two children and want a stress-free, comfortable, and welcoming base, this is the place to book. We had a really good stay and would definitely return!
