Great
This hotel is literally directly in front of the main entrance to the train station; as soon as you step out of the station, you're literally looking at the hotel sign. So really convenient location. It's also therefore right next to a tram stop, and a very short walk from the river. As far as the room goes, it has a bathtub which is nice, but feels a little cramped despite being a suite. The living room and bathroom also smelled faintly of cigarettes, though the bedroom did not. I was only in Zurich one night but if I ever revisit, I'd probably stay here again. Can't beat the location.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were very helpful and gave us an early check in, and kids loved the chocolate butler. Great location, easy to walk to old town and just cross the street to the train. Thanks for a lovely first time in Zurich!

Totally outstanding hotel! We loved everything about it, to the spacious rooms with all the necessities you can think of, to the staff and the delicious breakfast! The location is perfect to if you use the train since the station is right in front of the hotel. We’ll come back for sure!

Stayed with family

Not sure how people pay over a thousand dollars a night to stay here. We weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm because our room wasn’t ready. No comp no nothing. Sit down over there and we will tell you when it’s ready. Not worth the money. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone and I surely will not be going back.
