When we checked in my husband and I needed are bags immediately for a dinner We had to go to right away. We then waited in the room and called 3 times waited 45 minutes untill we needed to Hunt our bags down and get them By ourselves…. We missed our dinner. There was not proper sheets on the bed. The drains in both the bathroom sink and bathtub were completely broken. They would fill up and you have to use a spoon To pop the drain cap Open to Allow the water to Drain. I would Never stay here again

Hotel and concierge staff excellent. Always excellent help. Shout out to Cesar & Bob. Hotel room excellent. Very comfortable bed. Hotel maintenance fixed a room door that would not close, a rain shower spray that sprayed all over the bathroom floor, and a bathroom mirror light fixture that wouldn’t turn on. Park Corner Brasserie: Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde: breakfast buffet excellent, breakfast service staff excellent. After breakfast Mr. Hyde appears: mediocre-to-bad food at lunch and dinner. I understand why I got a coupon for Park Corner Brasserie Thirty percent of the time no one answers the phone at the Hilton Park Lane, irrespective of whether I call from outside or inside of the Hotel I was not happy with hotel administration of my bill. WiFi connectivity was not reliable

Solo stay

The location is great because of the park nearby. But the rooms are very small, the noise level is high —apparently poor insulation. Considering these inconveniences, the price is too high.

This is definitely not a 5* hotel. The service is very bad. Rude receptioniste nobody answer switchboard call. Broken items in room. Food in room service bad quality. Ordered a ribeye rare came well done bearnaise was horrible. Really worst christmast hotel stay ever. Won t stay again
