location is the best. close to everything. food is okay .front desk and staff are friendly only the language barrier is difficult to communicate. room is average but exactly what you paid for. we will definitely stay again everytime we will be in Bangkok.

To ensure you still have access to swimming facilities, our Concierge team will gladly arrange a complimentary daily shuttle transfer to our sister hotel, FuramaXclusive Sathorn, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Shuttles departing from Furama Silom to FuramaXclusive Sathorn are scheduled at 09.00 hrs., 11.00 hrs., 13.00 hrs., and 15.00 hrs. Return shuttle services from FuramaXclusive Sathorn back to Furama Silom are scheduled at 11.00 hrs., 13.00 hrs., 15.00 hrs., and 17.00 hrs.

Please be advised that the return shuttle service times may run slightly behind schedule depending entirely on local traffic conditions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our property.
