Hotel staff were super helpful in trying to help us track down a lost item. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Restaurant staff attentive. Room was just ok but the shower was amazing. Would stay again only because the staff was so amazing.

Do not stay here. The front desk staff are rude and not helpful. The rooms are gross, there was black mold in the shower and there was still a cleaning person on my room when I checked in and got to my room. The food at the restaurant leaves something to be desired and the service was slow and horrible . It was clear the staff didn’t want to be working and knew nothing about the menu.

The hotel facilities were ok… nothing fancy but definitely needs an update…. Restaurant staff was was very rude and not caring about service. I asked one staff to refill with water my bottle, he just refused!

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also very good. The bar was not set up to take cash and we needed to go to the front lobby to pay. This was the first time we encountered this in Italy. I would also be nice to have tissues in the rooms and something to place our toiletries on in the bathrooms.

Super friendly staff, room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice for food. We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to Pisa s Rossore train station and that made it easy when travelling on.

The hotel rooms were great, with showers that were amazing. I had to ding the staff a bit due to the restaurant staff. We had some communication issues, but not terrible. The only issue is that it is a bit of a walk to the city center, and you have to go under the railroad either way you go. So expect stairs. Cabs are easy to get, and the staff will assist you. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our two-week time in Italy.
