Very accomodating, they allowed me to check-in early so I was able to go around osaka. very near to the station and many convenience stores

Amenities complete, got onsen, only towel and pyjamas have to pay extra about 500 yen but nevermind..

the room was much bigger than I thought and it had a fridge. it is a smoking hotel on level 5 and below which does make the hotel smell, you do get use to it after a while, my room had a air conditioner which was great and the showers are located on level 1 which is abit of a inconvenience as there is only one elevator for the hotel. the hotel was very clean and the staff were so lovely and helpful which made the experience great. also coin laundry 3 washers and dryers which was super handy didn't have to wait once to do my laundry
