Fantastic
One of the best hotels on our trip, and hands down the best when you factor in the price. We had a quad room which was hugely spacious, with a nice seating area, a small kitchen area, and a great bathroom with separated WC, double sinks, and wet room. This room was just flat out big ignoring the fact that this is Japan; in that context it's amazing. This hotel was the cleanest that we stayed in, everything was immaculate. There were only 3 rooms per floor which I assume contributed to it being very quiet. There is some road noise, but we did not find it an issue. If you are affected by early morning light then be aware that the blinds are far from black out, so it did get light in the room as soon as the sun came up. The staff were very helpful and polite. They made a call to help us check on some bookings that might have been affected by a Typhoon which was very useful. The breakfast was great, with some different cooked items each day. If we're back in Osaka again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious for our needs. The tatami area reflected the local culture well. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy. (FYI, there is a cooktop but no cooking utensils or plates.) The only downside was the traffic noise at night, which was fine for us but might not be ideal for light sleepers.

Fantastic
My friends and I enjoyed the spacious area and the four single beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provide slippers and robes in the room. It was very close to Metro Osaka. There was a pharmacy, 7-11, McDonald's, other small restaurants around. It was only one stop away from Shinsaibashi, and it was located about halfway between Umeda and Dontonburi. The area itself was more quiet so that helped us to enjoy our evenings. There is a fridge and microwave and hotplate. We did not see any plates or utensils, but realized after we might have been able to 'rent them' from the front desk.

Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs. The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!

I was hesitant at first to book because there weren’t as many reviews as other hotels but our stay was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve had. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels, very clean with great amenities given. The staff were very lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Special thank you to Viki (hopefully spelled right) who cooked our breakfast for most of the days - she made our stay especially memorable. Definitely recommend and would choose again if I come back to Osaka

The size and condition of the hotel room exceeded our expectations! This was our best and favorite accommodation of the 3 places we stayed. We will definitely stay here again! PROS: The room is massive for Japanese standards and impeccably clean! It had 4 full size beds, 4 massive windows and a balcony with cool privacy shades and 3 black out curtains. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was sleek, modern, simple and fresh. There was a large smart TV. The bathroom was split into 3 rooms: a separate toilet room with a nice TOTO bidet toilet, main room with dual bowl sinks and 2 large sliding medicine cabinet mirrors with disposable wash cloth, toothbrushes, combs and ear swabs and cotton pads and cups for each guest. The bathtub and shower area was large with a control panel many options for ventilation, drying and heating. The shower pressure was strong and felt terrific after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The tub was large and great for soaking. The front desk provided bath salts for each guest. CONS: We really didn't have any cons! Super minor but there was no utensils or dishes in the kitchen of the room. We found out we just needed to ask the front desk and they will give us whatever we needed from the breakfast kitchen. The 3 different front desk personnel we saw didn't speak English so we had to use translation apps but it was no problem. They were nice and professional in every way.

Booked a room that sleeps 4 but must have done something wrong when booking as they were only expecting 1 adult. We were 2 adults and a child. This wasn't a problem for the hotel and they were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was 1000 yen per day and was pretty good with a wide selection of cooked and cold dishes buffet style. Good location with walking distance to stations and lots of food options nearby. The room was the best we stayed in the entire holiday. Spacious with comfortable beds, double sink bathroom with large bath. We got complimentary bath salts on arrival. Shared washing machine on our floor and large flat screen that you can use for Netflix.

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful! Add the breakfast option to your booking! It's all fresh fruit, pastries etc and well worth it! We found the room to be full of everything you need. There's lots of variety stores, and little restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic meal at a restaurant named "Loop Hamburg", its owned by the sweetest young couple, and it's only about an 8 minute walk from the hotel! The only downside is the street, is a little noisy, but nothing horrible. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. We would stay there again!
