El primer día llegamos a las 10h al hotel y como el checkin no era hasta las 14h, nos dejaron guardar las maletas, pero nos tuvimos que ir, no nos hicieron el trámite de los pasaportes y la firma para que luego cuando volviésemos solo fuese entregarnos la llave como es habitual. Ese mismo día nos duchamos con agua fría, no había agua caliente en el baño. Al día siguiente nos quejamos a las 6 de la mañana. A las 23h que volvimos al hotel todavía no estaba arreglado porque el recepcionista de la mañana no lo había apuntado, tuvo que venir un técnico a esas horas de la noche.... La siguiente noche tuvimos que sacar 2 cucarachas enormes de la habitación, ¿¿cómo han llegado hasta un 7o piso?? Mala comunicación, no responden a los mensajes previos a la reserva que les envías por hoteles.com. Muebles muy desgastados, ducha con moho en las juntas de las baldosas y váter con olor a cañería. Solo le salva la ubicación.
